Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If a problem comes up with tree work at your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Industrychase Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
